1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or booking a class with FineStream Clay Atelier (“we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to book classes. Minors may participate with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Class availability is limited; bookings are confirmed upon payment.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change before you complete checkout.
- Taxes and firing fees, if applicable, are disclosed at confirmation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Full refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the first session.
- Within 7 days, we provide studio credit when possible.
- We may cancel or reschedule for safety or instructor illness; you will receive a full refund or alternative date.
5. Conduct and Safety
- Follow all studio safety instructions and wear appropriate attire (closed-toe shoes, hair tied back for wheel work).
- Respectful behavior is required; harassment or disruption is not tolerated.
- You are responsible for your personal property while on premises.
6. Materials and Work
Some classes include materials and firing for a set number of pieces. We are not liable for kiln outcomes beyond reasonable care and industry practice.
7. Intellectual Property
Lesson plans, handouts, and website content are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
8. Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant class.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted. Your continued use indicates acceptance.
